The Sconestone arrives to Komárno from Transylvania on Saturday, 31st of October

A very special journey has begun in Scotland at the end of August: a mystical stone has set out on a journey around the world, the so called Sconestone. The aim of this carving with ancient Scottish symbols etched on it is to act as an ambassador – even though only temporarily - and bring kindness to the people.

The one, who receives the stone can possess it for seven days only. During this time the keeper has to participate in as many charitable acts as it can and has to make sure the stone makes it to as many people as possible. On 23rd of October the Sconestone has arrived to Transylvania. Father Csaba Böjte is the seventh stone keeper.

The Scottish stone of kindness arrives to Komárno on Saturday, 31st of October, where it will be received by Maria Kantha, acting manager of the FUND OF DOROTHY KANTHA, and as the eighth stone keeper it will be her duty to safeguard the stone and to make sure it’s message reaches as many people as possible. Detailed information can be found on the www.dorika.sk and the www.sconestone.com websites, where we will continuously report about the whereabouts of the stone.
